Calling all artists! We are excited to announce our very first Young Artist Contest. If you would like to participate and exhibit your artwork at Provo Art & Frame all you need to do is click on the above artist creativity page and print it. The rest is up to you. You can create your work of art using any of your favorite art supplies.
Here are some ideas.
crayons
markers
colored pencils
pen and ink
watercolors
watercolor pencils
pastels
oil pastels
tissue paper collage
dyed egg shell collage
fabric collage
mixed media
You can also transfer the image to something like canvas paper, watercolor paper, and use oils, watercolors, or acrylics. It's up to you, you are the artist!
All entries must be flat, no larger than 8.5" x 11", and have the entry form at the bottom.
Open to all artists, ages 0 -12 years old.
Entries are due by April 21, 2011.
Winners will be announced on April 23.
All artists must love art and have fun creating their masterpiece!
